By using the "Fuel the Stream" platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all streamers, donors, and site visitors. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Use—

"Fuel the Stream" provides streamers with tools to receive goal-based donations related to food and content. You must use the platform in accordance with all local laws and Twitch guidelines. Abusive, exploitative, or deceptive behavior is not permitted.

3. Donation Policy—

All donations are final. No refunds will be processed by the platform. Donors contribute at their own discretion. The platform is not responsible for unmet expectations, delivery delays, or how the streamer uses the funds.

4. Payout and Responsibility—

Once a goal is complete, the streamer is responsible for placing their own order. "Fuel the Stream" is not a food delivery service and does not handle orders. Payouts are sent manually and may take up to 48 hours. Digital gift cards are the preferred method.

5. Eligibility and Conduct—

To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree not to impersonate others or use the platform to mislead supporters.

6. Goal Creation and Accuracy—

Streamers are responsible for setting realistic and honest goals. Goals must reflect actual food-related use. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts or goals that are misleading or violate trust.

7. Intellectual Property—

All content, branding, and technology on this site belong to "Fuel the Stream". You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce parts of the platform without written permission. Ideas, branding, and processes are protected under applicable IP law.

8. Liability Disclaimer—

"Fuel the Stream" is not liable for missed deliveries, food quality, chargebacks, or streamer behavior. Use of this platform is at your own risk. Donation use is not guaranteed beyond our payout system.

9. Account Termination—

We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who violate these terms, abuse the system, or act in bad faith. Repeat violations will result in permanent removal from the platform.

10. Changes to Terms—

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the most recent version. Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
